Stephen Klemenic – Director (CPA, B.COM, RTA, JP)
 Stephen is a certified practising accountant (CPA) of long standing. He holds a public practice certificate from CPA Australia and is a registered tax agent.
Stephen has an extensive bank of knowledge in the fields of financial accounting, business structures, direct and indirect taxation having been involved in public practice for a period of over 20 years.
Stephen began his career in a small public practice where he progressed to partner status. On a restructure of that firm he founded what has now become Maddison Accounting Services in North Sydney.
Stephen has a particular expertise in the areas of Self Managed Super Funds, SME business advice, high net worth individuals, business structuring and taxation advice. Stephen has also built up an expertise in assisting professional sports people throughout and post their sporting careers.
Stephen ensures that he gains an understanding of the client’s business and affairs so that the team can add value rather than simply churning out the numbers.
Lillian Li – Senior Accountant (ACCA, Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting - Honours)
 Lillian has a strong background in public practice and is currently progressing to finalising her Chartered Accounting qualification and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK.
She assists clients with the preparation of financial accounts, income tax returns, BAS and other compliance requirements. She reports directly to the practice director.
Lillian also handles our client’s Corporate Governance and compliance requirements
Rachel Klemenic – Senior Accountant (Bachelor of Business Accounting, CPA)
 Rachel has been a Certified Practising Accountant since 1999 and has worked in the fields of public practice and business administration since that time.
She assists in the set up of software, office systems and procedures and has a particular expertise in management accounting and business management.
Rachel reports directly to the practice director and assists with the finalisation of client projects.
Christopher Hu – Accountant (B.Com Accounting, Master of Financial Analysis, ASA)
 Chris assists clients with the preparation of financial accounts, income tax returns, BAS and the maintenance of client software files, runs our payroll function on behalf of clients and is our main point of contact with the Australian Taxation office.
Chris is currently finalising his study toward obtaining his CPA qualifications and is an associate member of CPA Australia.
Natalie Bosnjak – Loans Administration Officer
 Natalie works closely with our team to ensure the smooth passage of loan applications and the approval process and ensures that all the necessary documentation and information is in place and pulls together any further documents required by each lender.
Natalie ensures a smooth channel of communication between the lender and your Maddison advisor to ensure the efficient process of documents and settlement of the required finance.
Courtney Spring – Office Manager
 Courtney attends to all of the administrative needs of our clients and the team in the office.
She handles all client enquiries and attends to the administrative requirements of the firm as well as assisting the team of accountants to meet your every need.
Courtney’s friendly and efficient manner ensures that out clients receive personal, prompt and effective responses to any query.
